Rear suspension tuning for tighter cornering

XRAY's 358279 Long Progressive Springs provide a refined tuning option for racers seeking more rear traction. These long progressive springs use a soft-to-medium rate and are marked with two stripes for quick ID, and they are intended for rear installation on XB808 and XB9 models to improve handling through turns.

Engineered to ramp up grip as you push harder

Born from track testing, these springs deliver a noticeably progressive curve versus standard XRAY springs. The initial soft section increases contact and grip on turn entry, then stiffens as compression grows to sustain speed through the corner. Every spring is measured and matched so damping behavior is consistent from pair to pair for reliable setup tuning.

Carefully matched pairs for consistent setups

Each spring is compressed in precise increments and recorded during production to ensure matching performance. That process yields pairs that behave the same lap after lap so you can focus on setup and driving lines rather than unpredictable suspension differences.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
These springs are made for rear use on the XRAY XB808 and XRAY XB9 chassis. They mount in the standard rear spring positions.
Progressive rates give softer initial travel for better mechanical grip at turn-in, then firm up under load to resist bottoming and allow higher cornering speed as the car compresses.
The soft-medium 358279 springs are marked with two stripes for easy identification; install them on the rear and keep stripe orientation consistent between left and right.
