Will these springs fit non GT XRAY models

They are designed for the GT platform but may fit other XRAY cars that use similar shock length and spring inner diameter. Compare shock dimensions before fitting.

Should I install these on the rear only or front as well

These are commonly used on the rear to increase stability and traction, but front installation is possible depending on your setup and handling goals.

Do I need different shock oil or pistons with these springs

Not mandatory. You can tune shock oil weight and pistons to fine tune response, but the springs will work with standard GTX shock setups out of the box.
