Track-Focused Shock Caps for XB8 and GTX

The XRAY 358056-K aluminum shock caps are made for the XB8 and GTX range, giving racers a true zero rebound option that improves damping consistency and handling on mixed surfaces. Install them to reduce rebound variability and get a more predictable feel in corners.

7075 T6 Machining and Protective Finish

Built from 7075 T6 aluminum, these caps balance light weight with strength to withstand race use. The black coating increases surface durability while keeping a clean look. A small vent hole is included to let excess shock oil escape during assembly for easier bleeding and repeatable setup.

Precision Seating for Silicone Membrane

Inside each cap, machined ridges guide and secure the super-soft silicone membrane for reliable sealing. This attention to detail helps preserve shock function across long race programs and varied track conditions.

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Zero rebound reduces the shock extension after compression, creating steadier damping response and improved traction consistency through choppy sections. It helps drivers tune predictable handling lap after lap.
They are made specifically for the XB8 and GTX shock top geometry, so they fit those shock bodies without modification. Check clearance if using third-party assemblies.
Press the membrane into the machined ridges gently and ensure the vent hole lines up. Use a drop of silicone oil to help seat the membrane and avoid pinching during cap tightening.
