Built for competitive and club racers, the XRAY 358029 Delrin Shock Pistons use a two-way flow system that adapts to different shock demands. These pistons include six 1.4mm holes and two 1.1mm holes to manage oil flow during both compression and rebound.
The two-way flow layout gives distinct damping on upward and downward travel. On upward movement, a rubber valve seals two holes to hold pressure; on downward travel the valve opens and oil flows through all eight openings. This behaviour helps maintain stable landings even with softer shock settings, useful for jumps and rough surfaces.
Manufactured from a purpose-formulated composite, these pistons are moulded for excellent roundness so they move smoothly inside shock bodies. The consistent dimensions promote uniform response across all four shocks, improving handling precision and repeatable setup results.
