Precision Shock Pistons for Controlled Landings

Built for serious RC enthusiasts, the XRAY 358028 shock piston set is engineered to polish suspension response on jumps and rough sections. The parts are produced in Delrin to minimise friction and resist wear, delivering reliable, repeatable action under varied running conditions.

Two-Way Flow Explained

Each piston features six 1.3mm holes and two 1.1mm holes to create distinct oil paths depending on stroke direction. On upward travel two holes are sealed by a rubber valve while on downward travel all eight passages are used, giving gentler landings and more controlled rebound with softer shock setups.

Molded Accuracy for Even Shock Feel

The pistons are formed with tight dimensional control so they remain round and seat correctly inside shock bodies. That uniformity helps produce consistent damping across all four corners, improving stability when landing or negotiating bumpy lines.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The two-way design gives different resistance on compression and rebound, so impacts are absorbed more smoothly while rebound remains controlled, reducing bounce after landings.
They are made to fit many common shock bodies, but confirm the piston diameter and shock internal bore on your model before fitting to ensure a snug, leak-free seal.
