XRAY 355127 CNC Steel Differential Segments

Built for competitive RC users, the XRAY 355127 Active Differential Segment Set uses hardened steel and precision CNC machining to form accurate "V" ramp grooves with a 120-degree profile, simplifying disengagement tuning. Each segment carries laser-engraved markings for quick identification and long-term durability.

Instant Reaction for Low-traction Tracks

These 120-degree segments are tuned to switch between locked and free states without delay, giving immediate power transfer on throttle and rapid release when coasting. The quick change in behaviour helps drivability on slippery or flat surfaces. Supplied as a pair, the segments let drivers fine-tune differential feel for consistent lap times.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
These segments are intended for compatible active differential systems and fit a range of on-road and some touring car setups where XRAY style segments are used. Check your diff design for matching segment geometry.
Installation is straightforward if you are comfortable servicing diffs; you will need the correct tools to open the housing, swap the segments, and reassemble with proper shims and lubricant.
Keep contact surfaces clean and use the recommended diff oil and grease for your setup. Inspect the laser engraving and edges for wear and replace the pair if you notice rounding or uneven contact.
