Rubber sealed composite differential housings are manually accuracy ground after molding procedure to be sure outstanding match no vibration. Differential gears are constructed of pressed metal, temperature addressed, and machined for ultra-precision and smooth operation.
46-tooth big outside spur gear for center differential created from HUDY toughened steel. Precision machined on a certain gear device. Diff outdrives are produced from world-renowned HUDY Spring Steel™, accuracy ground plus temperature addressed for high precision and ultra-long life. Outdrives are particularly lightened to reduce rotating fat while remaining super strong.
