Graphite Rear Shock Tower Built for XB9'13 Precision

The XRAY 353095 - XB9'13 Graphite Rear Shock Tower is engineered to improve the handling of your XB9'13 chassis. Machined from 3.5mm high-grade graphite, this rear tower keeps weight low while adding durable support where suspension loads concentrate. Thoughtful shock mount layouts and roll center options give tuners more control over balance and traction. The design also includes an extra hole for fitting a longer chassis brace when more rigidity is required.

How does 3.5mm graphite change vehicle response?

A thicker graphite plate raises stiffness at the rear, which sharpens turn-in and helps the car resist flex under heavy braking and corner loads. It can make the rear feel more stable on high grip surfaces.

Will I need different shock lengths with this tower?

In most cases stock shocks fit, but check preload and droop after installation. The extra mounting positions allow small geometry changes without swapping shock hardware.

Is the extra brace hole necessary for all setups?

The optional longer chassis brace is useful for aggressive setups or rough tracks where added torsional stiffness helps consistency. For casual running it is optional.
