Race-Grade XRAY 352278 Caster Block

Created for GT on-road rigs, the XRAY 352278 Aluminum Caster Block provides a reliable 6-degree right caster setting. CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the unit delivers high strength and consistent wear resistance for frequent track use. Integrated XRAY composite bushings improve steering feel and responsiveness, making this a sensible upgrade for club and competitive drivers.

Precision Machining and Durable Finish

The caster block is produced on German CNC equipment to strict tolerances, then finished with XRAY's robotic coating process for consistent surface quality. A laser-engraved XRAY mark plus the caster value and R identifier helps with quick setup checks and part identification.

Fitment and Service Parts

Fits GTX8 and GTXE chassis and helps sharpen turn-in and mid-corner control. Pair it with part #352288 for the matching 6 degree left block. Replacement composite bushings are available as part #352294 for routine maintenance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Aluminum reduces flex under load, so steering inputs are more direct and repeatable. That translates to crisper turn-in and steadier mid-corner behaviour on smooth track surfaces.
Installation typically uses standard hex drivers and pliers for bushings. Tightening should follow your chassis setup notes to avoid over-stressing mounting screws.
Keep threads clean, check the coating for chips after crashes, and replace composite bushings from part #352294 if wear appears to maintain steering precision.
