Aluminum Chassis Upgrade for XB808'11

The XRAY 351104 - XB808'11 aluminum chassis is machined from Swiss 7075 T6 to deliver a stiff but lightweight base for touring car setups. At 3mm thickness and CNC-precision milled, material is removed where it is safe to shave grams while retaining core strength. XRAYs robotic hardcoating yields a tough finish that resists wear.

Balanced Weight Layout for Better Handling

The updated chassis uses an adjusted weight distribution to centralize electronics and the powertrain, improving balance and stability during aggressive laps. Better left-right equilibrium helps the car track cleaner over jumps and bumpy sections. Reinforced downstop screw bosses and countersunk fastener holes give a flat underside to cut drag and protect hardware.

Built for Competitive Tracks

The XRAY 351104 chassis aims to improve mid-corner composure and straight-line stability across track conditions, making inputs more predictable. Small cosmetic marks or micro cracks can occur in the finish process but do not compromise structural integrity or on-track performance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The 7075 T6 material and reinforced mounting points provide high resistance to impact; the chassis is designed to survive typical race collisions while keeping structural integrity.
Expect minor setup tweaks to dial in handling due to the different weight distribution; small adjustments to shock time or anti-roll settings usually compensate for the stiffer chassis.
Check for bent sections, loose countersunk screws and any deep gouges after hard impacts; superficial surface imperfections do not normally affect strength but should be monitored.
