Design and Access

The mount attaches to the radio plate for straightforward access and removal. Its low mounting position keeps the tank close to the chassis center of gravity, aiding stability and control when you are pushing through tight corners or high speed sections.

Height Adjustment and Battery Fit

The XRAY 348660-K kit includes shims and bushings so you can tweak the tank height. That adjustability helps when fitting larger LiPo or LiFe packs, allowing vertical repositioning without upsetting the car balance.

Use the supplied shims and bushings to incrementally raise the tank and check clearance with the battery and radio tray before finalising the setup.

Is the black coating corrosion resistant?
