The XRAY 348502 XCA centrifugal-axial reverse clutch is engineered for NT1 platforms, delivering a compact solution that pairs lighter NT1 transmission gears with a reinforced 4-bearing clutchbell layout for increased life and efficient power transfer.

Durable Components and High Grade Alloys

Key parts such as the clutchbell, clutch nut, flywheel nut, and thrustbearing collar are made from HUDY Spring Steel for reliable wear resistance. The flywheel, clutch disc, and spring cup are machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to keep weight down while maintaining strength, which helps the clutch respond smoothly under load and extend service intervals.

Simplified Adjustment and Stable Spring Performance

The internal arrangement of the clutch bell and nut makes clutch gap changes straightforward for hobbyists and tuners. The Ultra Stable Clutch Spring follows the design of the #348540 Conical Clutch Washer Spring Set, arriving pre-compressed to avoid sag and keep clutch length consistent through heavy use.

The XRAY 348502 XCA is made for the NT1 small transmission layout. Other XRAY cars might accept it with gearbox modifications, but it is not a direct fit on every model.
Swiss 7075 T6 offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, so the flywheel and clutch parts stay robust while reducing rotating mass for crisper throttle response.
Start with a modest clutch gap and test on a controlled surface, then fine tune gap and spring preload to achieve smooth engagement without slipping during acceleration.
