Upgrade Your Drive System with XRAY 345548

The XRAY 345548 Composite 48T Spur Gear is engineered to improve driveline efficiency in RC 2-speed transmissions. Manufactured from a composite blend that balances hardness, toughness and flexibility, this gear is built to withstand repeated use while resisting surface wear.

Precision Molded for True Rotation

Made by a controlled injection process, the gear delivers consistent material distribution for ultra-true, wobble-free rotation. Strategic lightening reduces rotating mass to support quicker acceleration and steadier top-end performance. Each unit is clearly marked with its tooth count to make size checks quick and simple.

Built for Punishing Conditions

Designed to handle high tension and shear loads, the XRAY 345548 stands up well in demanding race settings. The robust composite lowers the chance of breakage or tooth stripping when setup and gear mesh are correct.

Size Choices for Tune-Up

Offered in multiple tooth counts, this spur gear lets hobbyists fine tune gear ratios for different tracks and race formats.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is intended for RC 2-speed transmissions that accept a 48T spur with the correct mounting interface. Confirm tooth count and hub fit with your chassis before fitting.
Check teeth for chips or rounded profiles, look for fretting at the hub, and ensure straight rotation. Replace if you notice progressive damage or uneven wear.
Set tooth mesh correctly, avoid overly tight pinion engagement, and match gearing to surface conditions to limit excessive load on the spur.
