Rugged Composite Spur Gear Built for Racing

The XRAY 335560 Composite 2-Speed Gear 60T is crafted to fit the NT1 chassis, offering a durable yet lightweight option for committed RC racers. Its composite formulation combines sufficient hardness with impact resistance to resist wear during frequent on-track use.

Lightweight Design for Faster Response

Precision molding keeps the gear profile slim to reduce rotational mass while preserving structural integrity. This lets the drivetrain accelerate more responsively without sacrificing strength under load.

Consistent Molded Quality

Manufactured in a controlled mold process, each gear maintains even material distribution to reduce runout and wobble. Tooth counts are clearly marked to make quick gear ratio swaps straightforward at the pits.

Multiple Sizes to Tune Your Setup

A selection of tooth counts lets drivers adjust the balance between top speed and acceleration depending on the circuit. Choose the 60T as part of a tuned setup to match track conditions and motor characteristics.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This spur gear is engineered for the XRAY NT1 chassis. It may fit other models with the same mounting pattern, but you should verify dimensions before installing on a different car.
Start with a light mesh, use a thin piece of paper to set a small running clearance, then lock the pinion and spur securely. Recheck after a few laps to confirm the mesh remains stable.
Inspect the teeth after heavy impacts or at regular service intervals. Replace the gear if you notice chipping, excessive wear, or wobble that affects drivetrain performance.
