Race-Proven Composite Spur for NT1 Chassis

The XRAY 335559 Composite 59T 2-Speed Gear is built for competitive RC racers who demand dependable tooth engagement and long service life. Manufactured from a balanced composite, this spur combines hardness and toughness with a bit of flexibility to resist cracking, reduce wear and keep the drivetrain running smoothly. Its lightweight construction helps cut rotating mass so your NT1 chassis can accelerate and recover faster on the track.

Precision Molding for Smooth Operation

Each XRAY 335559 unit is molded with strict quality control to ensure even material distribution and true, wobble-free rotation. That careful production reduces vibration under load and maintains consistent mesh with the pinion. The tooth count is clearly stamped for quick identification during race prep.

Swap Ratios to Match Track Conditions

Available across common tooth counts, the XRAY 335559 Composite 59T lets you tune final drive for speed or acceleration depending on the surface and layout. Changing spur sizes is a straightforward way to adapt your gearing to different race formats and tyre choices.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The XRAY 335559 Composite 59T is designed with the NT1 in mind but can fit other XRAY models that share the same mounting dimensions and pinion spacing. Always verify mesh and clearances before racing.
Start with a small shim to achieve correct backlash and avoid heavy side load on the teeth. Check mesh at full suspension droop and tighten the mounting hardware securely, rechecking after a short run.
Inspect the teeth regularly for nicks and wear, keep the gear free of grit, and replace it if you spot deformation or cracking. Clean with a mild brush and avoid harsh solvents that may affect the composite.
