Reinforced and Accurate XRAY 335558 58T Spur for NT1

The XRAY 335558 Composite Spur Gear 58T is an essential upgrade for NT1 owners seeking reliable, repeatable power transfer. Produced from a purpose-chosen composite, the gear balances stiffness and controlled give to limit premature wear while coping with intense race loads.

Designed to Withstand Race Stress

This 58T spur gear is engineered to tolerate the tension seen in competition, helping to reduce the chance of tooth damage. Weight-optimised cutouts lower rotating mass so the car accelerates more responsively, and the injection moulding process yields even material distribution for smooth, wobble-free rotation.

Fine Tune Your Drive Ratios

Offered in a range of tooth counts, XRAY spur gears make it straightforward to dial in gear ratios for different tracks. Each item is marked with its tooth count to speed up selection, letting racers quickly set up the NT1 for the best balance of acceleration and top speed.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The gear is made for the XRAY NT1 platform as a direct fit. It may fit other models only if their centre shaft and mounting pattern match the NT1, so check dimensions before installing.
Composite construction gives a compromise between hardness and flex, which helps resist chipping while allowing some shock absorption under load, improving longevity compared with brittle materials.
Regularly inspect the teeth for nicks and check the mesh with the pinion. Keep the gear clean from grit and replace it if you notice excessive wear or deformation to avoid damaging the pinion.
