Sharper Traction from the XRAY 321119-L 2.0mm Chassis

The XRAY 321119-L XB2 Mid-Size Aluminum Chassis is built for club racers and weekend tuners who need dependable handling on low to medium traction surfaces. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum at 2.0mm thickness, it strikes a balance between controlled flex and structural strength for consistent lap times.

One-Piece Geometry Delivers Predictable Flex

This single-piece chassis has been laid out to give progressive flex characteristics that translate into improved traction and crisper steering response. The controlled bend helps the car track straighter through mid-corner phases and sharpen turn-in when precision matters.

Adjustable Stiffness with Extra Mounts

The chassis includes four additional stiffener mounting holes so you can tune side-to-side rigidity to suit different surfaces and driving styles. Adding or removing stiffeners alters rotation and edge grip, letting racers adapt the XB2 to changing track conditions.

Use this 2.0mm chassis on low to medium grip surfaces where added flex improves traction and mid-corner stability. It is less ideal for extremely high grip layouts where a stiffer plate is preferred.
The four additional holes let you fit extra stiffeners to reduce lateral flex, which tightens rotation and improves precision at higher speed sections. Try different combinations to dial in balance.
