High-precision aluminum shock bodies for XRAY T4

Improve suspension response with the XRAY 308323 T4 Aluminum Shock Body Set. Tailored for the XRAY T4 chassis, these shock bodies are built to deliver consistent piston movement and long-term strength. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, each unit is CNC cut to strict tolerances to preserve roundness and inner diameter uniformity for smooth damper action.

State-of-the-art CNC production

Production uses advanced German CNC equipment to achieve accurate dimensions on every piece. Robotic inspection routines check critical measurements so each shock body matches the same internal spec, while XRAY's black hardcoating applied by robotic lines gives a uniform, durable finish that stands up to hard use.

Performance and durability advantages

The hardcoated 7075 T6 aluminum offers a strong yet lightweight solution that helps handling and consistency on track. These bodies are ideal for racers and hobbyists seeking a robust upgrade to their T4 suspension that preserves precision over time.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
These shock bodies are intended for the XRAY T4 chassis standard shock assemblies. Some T4 variants with nonstandard shock mounts may need minor adjustments or adapters.
Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap after running in dirty conditions. Avoid abrasive cleaners and inspect for nicks that could let dirt into the shock internals.
Aluminum affects heat dissipation and stiffness compared to plastic; you may notice more consistent damping under load and can fine-tune oil weight and piston selection accordingly.
