High Precision Manufacturing

Produced on XRAY's custom-modified gear machine, each pinion is made to tight tolerances for excellent concentricity. After machining, all edges receive chamfering and a specialised hardcoat finish to extend service life and preserve smooth engagement.

Engineered to mesh cleanly with common spur gears, the XRAY Narrow Pinion performs particularly well with XRAY spur gears and helps reduce throttle-related noise. The pinion arrives ready to run, offering consistent mesh and dependable operation straight from the box.
