The XRAY 305932 Narrow Aluminum Pinion Gear is built for modelers wanting a lighter, low-mass option. Constructed from aircraft-grade duraluminum, this pinion is 1.5mm narrower and about 25% lighter than standard versions, reducing overall drivetrain weight while maintaining structural strength.

Controlled Production and Surface Reinforcement

Produced on a specially-modified precision gear machine, the XRAY 305932 is finished to tight tolerances and excellent concentricity. Each pinion receives edge chamfering and a run-in procedure, then a specialised hard-coating is applied to extend wear resistance and keep performance consistent over time.

Optimised Fit with Spur Gears

This narrow pinion is compatible with standard spur gears and works especially well with XRAY spur gears. The slimmer profile contributes to smoother throttle response and helps lower gear noise for a cleaner running feel.
