Hardcoat and Wear Resistance

The XRAY pinion receives a hardcoat treatment to improve surface toughness and resist wear. Chamfered edges and a controlled run-in process reduce initial mesh noise and help the pinion seat smoothly with compatible spur gears, including XRAY spurs.
