The XRAY 305920 Narrow Pinion Gear is a strong upgrade for T4 2017 Specs racers who want to trim weight without sacrificing durability. Made from aircraft-grade duraluminum, this pinion is 1.5mm narrower and about 25 percent lighter than common pinions, cutting rotating mass for crisper throttle response.

Refined geometry and protective hardcoat

Produced on XRAY's specially modified precision gear machines, the narrow pinion features very tight tolerances that improve concentricity. The tooth edges are chamfered and treated with a hardcoat process to preserve profile integrity and resist wear over time.

Wide compatibility and reduced drivetrain noise

Intended to mesh cleanly with most spur gears, the XRAY 305920 Narrow Pinion Gear pairs especially well with XRAY spurs to minimise gear lash and throttle whine, yielding a smoother and quieter drive feel on the track.
