XRAY 305915 Aluminium Pinion Gear Optimised for T4 2017

Made from aircraft-grade duraluminum, this narrow-profile pinion is 1.5mm thinner and about 25% lighter than standard pinions, cutting rotational mass to help acceleration and drivetrain efficiency.

XRAY produces these pinions on a specially modified precision gear machine to ensure tight tolerances and excellent concentricity. The teeth are chamfered to promote smooth engagement, and a hard-coating is applied to protect against wear while keeping geometry stable under load.

Fitment and Reduced Drive Noise
