Manufactured to Tight Tolerances

Produced on a specially modified precision gear machine, this pinion delivers exceptional concentricity and consistent runout. Each unit is chamfered to remove sharp edges and receives a hardcoat finish that helps preserve gear geometry during extended use.

Smooth Mesh and Lower Noise with Spurs

Engineered to pair well with spur gears, the XRAY pinion reduces throttle on/off noise especially when matched with XRAY spur gears. The result is a quieter, more predictable drivetrain that lets drivers focus on setup and lap times.
