Precision Spur Gear for Competitive Builds

The XRAY 305870 Composite Offset Spur Gear, with 100 teeth and a 64-pitch profile, is aimed at racers and tuners who want accurate changes to drivetrain ratios. Made from a tough composite, it balances strength and low weight to help reduce rotating mass during competition.

Tuning Advantages of the 100T

The 100T arrangement offers a sensible compromise for adjusting speed versus torque, helping drivers tailor their setup for tighter control or higher top speed depending on track demands. Use it when you need predictable changes to handling and acceleration.

Fits Many 1/10 Scale Setups

This spur gear fits a wide selection of 1/10 scale RC models, providing flexible options for racers who swap gear ratios to match different circuits. It works well for straight-line speed tweaks and finer control through technical sections.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Most 1/10 scale electric touring cars that use 64-pitch spur gears will accept this part, but check your gearbox spacing and mount type before ordering.
Composite reduces rotating mass and can absorb shock slightly better than some metals, but you should consider driving style and expected wear when choosing materials.
After installing, check gear mesh with a marker or paper method and run a short test to verify motor temperatures and drivetrain noise are normal before full runs.
