XRAY 303066-O T4'17 Precision Layshaft Bulkhead

The XRAY 303066-O T4'17 Aluminum Layshaft Bulkhead is a precision component built to improve the behaviour of your touring car. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, it delivers robust strength and consistent performance under race conditions.

Fine-Tuned Chassis Flex and Bearing Stability

This CNC-machined bulkhead drops the layshaft mounts by 1mm to allow removal of the top-deck screws, creating a 1mm clearance between the top deck and the bulkheads. That clearance prevents the top deck from contacting the bulkheads, allowing smoother, more predictable chassis flex while keeping the bearing located and secure for improved handling on technical tracks.

Tuneable Setup and Corrosion Protection

If you need extra rigidity, a 1mm shim can be placed between the layshaft bulkheads and the top deck to reduce flex. The orange anodised finish gives a clean look while adding corrosion resistance to help the part last through regular use.
