High Precision 7075 T6 Motor Mount for XRAY T4

The XRAY 303055-O T4 Aluminum Motor Mount is machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and finished in bright orange for durable looks and corrosion resistance. This component forms part of the left layshaft bulkhead and secures to the chassis using two screws beneath the layshaft. The front-mounted support improves motor stability while allowing targeted flex tuning for competitive use.

Mount Construction and Flex Adjustment

The motor mount uses a new plate fastened with a button-head screw to resist tweaks better than traditional countersunk screws. It is anchored to the chassis with an M3 nut and also supports an optional countersunk screw for extra reinforcement if required. Removing the front or rear top deck screws alters chassis compliance, giving clear options for adjusting flex to match different track surfaces.
