Stainless Front and Rear Chassis Guards

Fit your TRAXXAS TRX4 with this stainless steel front and rear chassis protection plate set. Built from 1mm stainless steel, the plates are intended to absorb collision energy and reduce wear on the chassis during rough off-road use. The design keeps installation simple while adding a solid protective layer to vulnerable areas.

Will this protection plate fit aftermarket bumper mounts?

This plate is made to work with the original TRX4 bumper mount. Some aftermarket mounts will require modification; note that it is not compatible with GPM #TRX4331F or TRX4331R without changes.

How thick is the steel and does it change ground clearance?

The protection plates are formed from 1mm stainless steel. That thickness adds minimal height, so ground clearance is largely unchanged, but check mounting position before final installation.

What tools are needed for installation?

Installation requires a standard hex driver for the supplied inner hex cap head screws. Tighten securely but avoid over-torquing to protect the chassis threads.
