If you want precise control over cornering and traction, the Tamiya 22049 Oil Gear Differential Unit gives you a straightforward tuning path. Compatible with the XV-02 and TT-02 chassis, the unit accepts different viscosity silicone oils so you can alter differential lock and slip to suit grip levels and driving style.

Flexible Fit for Front, Rear or Centre Use

On a TT-02 chassis the unit can be fitted to either front or rear differentials to adjust axle behaviour. When used in an XV-02 it supports front, rear or centre configurations, increasing tuneability. For centre diff use, pair the unit with Item 22050 (06 Module Spur Gear 70T) to ensure correct gearing.
