Dial in TA07 handling with the 37T front one-way

The Tamiya 54726 Front One-Way Set (37T) is a practical upgrade for hobbyists wanting crisper steering on the TA07 chassis. It lets the front wheels rotate independently during braking, improving steering accuracy and overall control.

How the one-way improves response

The front one-way lets the front wheels spin freely under braking, which reduces scrub and sharpens turn-in. On acceleration the mechanism locks to deliver drive to the front end, helping maintain traction and straight-line stability.

Where it helps most on track

This upgrade is ideal for racers tackling technical tracks with tight corners or for anyone fine tuning the TA07 for quicker, more predictable cornering. It is a targeted change for balanced handling without major setup overhauls.

Huge variety of products at great prices and amazing customer service. Really impressed. Thank you everyone at RCJAZ.
It is made for TA07 family geometry, but some TA07 variants may need small shims or spacer changes. Check mounting points before assuming plug-and-play.
Basic RC tools - hex drivers, small pliers and clean grease - are all you need. A torque feel helps when tightening to avoid overclamping the one-way bearings.
Start with your baseline TA07 settings and make small front roll center and toe adjustments. The one-way often reduces understeer on corner entry, so trim rear grip if the car becomes too nervous.
