The Tamiya 81705 Mini Acrylic XF-5 Flat Green is a handy 10ml bottle of flat acrylic paint aimed at model builders. This water-soluble formula performs well on styrol resins, Styrofoam, wood and most hobby plastics, and it applies cleanly with either a brush or an airbrush.

Coverage, Thinning and Compatibility

The XF-5 Flat Green offers even coverage and good flow for both fine brushwork and airbrushing. It mixes easily for subtle shading and colour variations. When airbrushing, use compatible Tamiya thinners such as 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520 or 87077 to reach the preferred consistency.

Best Uses for Kits and Figures

Although not formulated for polycarbonate RC car bodies, this acrylic is well suited to scale kits, miniatures and dioramas where a flat green finish is desired. It delivers a muted, realistic tone ideal for military subjects and scenic details.
