The McLaren Senna, named for Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna, debuted at the 2018 Geneva International Motor Show. It is noted for its carbon fiber construction and sharp aerodynamic profile, powered in production by an 800PS 4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine, and was produced in a limited run of 500 units.
The Tamiya 1/24 rendition offers hobbyists a detailed, factory-finished plastic model that recreates the Senna's sculpted body. The completed kit measures 198mm in length, 91mm in width, and 51mm in height, and includes an accurate paint mix with blue highlights on the brake calipers and front aero elements.
Tamiya's finishing touches remove visible parting lines and add metal-plated components for the exhaust and wheels to boost realism. The interior is presented in a sporty black scheme, and the package includes a nameplate, display stand, and clear presentation case for safe showcasing.
