This Tamiya 94870 JR Zenquish VS Chassis model kit is a limited edition aimed at both track racers and collectors. Built on the advanced VS chassis, the kit includes race-oriented parts that help improve on-track stability while preserving the original 1990s design spirit from its Japanese roots.

Build Materials and Styling

The VS chassis uses tough ABS for a dependable base capable of repeated racing. The shell is the Item 15088 Zenquish pattern, and A-parts come molded in Light Gun Metal ABS for a striking finish. FRP components like the front under-guard and chassis under-guard add reinforcement where it matters during aggressive running.

Tuning Options and Compatibility

Included FRP pieces such as the Multi Roller Setting Stay and Rear Roller Stay are designed to work with Super X chassis parts for flexible setups. The kit fits large diameter carbon reinforced narrow wheels and arched tyres to aid traction. Low friction rollers in 13mm and 19mm, aluminium collars and stainless screws are supplied for precise adjustments. Note that a Type 130 motor is required and not supplied with the kit.
