The Tamiya PS-53 Lame Flake Spray is formulated for painting polycarbonate RC car shells. Supplied in a 100ml can, it lays down a tough, glossy coat that keeps its look through racing and everyday bashing.

Inside-Out Painting Method

For best results, spray from the inside of the body at about 30cm to achieve even coverage and reduce runs. Allow the first layer to cure fully before adding a second coat to intensify the flake effect and depth.

Fuel and Oil Resistance

Tamiya PS-53 Lame Flake Spray resists common oils and fuels, making it suitable for electric and nitro rigs. For fine artwork or small accents, use Tamiya bottle paints made for polycarbonate before applying the spray topcoat.
