Thinning and Application Tips

For airbrushing thin with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner or Tamiya Lacquer Thinner for best flow; lacquer thinner shortens drying time and gives a tougher film. For brush work, use Tamiya Paint Retarder (87114) to reduce brush strokes and improve leveling.

Finish Properties and Cleanup

The paint dries to a flat XF finish in line with the XF series. While uncured it cleans up with water, making brushes and tools easy to maintain after use.
