The Tamiya 1/350 scale Tirpitz captures one of World War II's most notable capital ships in miniature. Often called the "Lonely Queen of the North," the Tirpitz was the Bismarck's sister ship and a persistent threat to Allied convoys while based in Norway. This kit recreates the ship's silhouette and profile with precise moulding and careful attention to detail.
During its service the Tirpitz influenced Allied naval strategy until it was neutralised by Royal Air Force bombing raids. Tamiya's kit reflects that legacy with finely modelled features, including the ship's distinctive weapon arrangements and the quadruple torpedo tubes that are part of its authentic profile.
Built for display, this model comes with a display base and nameplate to present the ship on a shelf or in a cabinet. The crisp deck fittings and hull lines make it a strong centrepiece for naval collections and dioramas.
