Durable carbide construction and holder fit

Made from cemented carbide for extended life, this needle retains a keen point through repeated use. At 25mm overall length with a 2mm shank it works with Tamiya holders such as Item 74139 and common pin vises including Fine Pin Vise D (Item 74050) and D-R (Item 74112).

Technique tips for neat scribing

Score the surface with light, repeated pulls rather than one hard cut, gradually increasing depth until you reach the desired groove. The fine point gives steady control for both straight lines and tight curves.
