This kit provides a hands-on route into basic mechanics and entry-level robotics. Builders assemble a walking robot configured with two, four, or six legs driven by a single motor, and a sound sensor lets the model react to claps and other noises.
The kit introduces mechanical linkages that convert rotary motion into leg movement so learners can see how parts interact. The design is screw-free - assemblies use push rivets for secure fitting, and the prebuilt gearbox reduces complexity for newcomers.
Contents include a sound sensor unit, motor, universal plates, link arms, bolts and a battery case. Parts are sized for easy handling and require only basic tools for assembly. The robot runs on two R6/AA/UM3 batteries which are not included.
