Tamiya 61120 Lockheed P-38 F/G Lightning Propeller Aircrafts Military Series assembly kit 1/48 scale

This WWII fighter are a bold design with double booms and a piston engine in each, plus a main nacelle which housed the cockpit and armament (unit tools and cannon inside nose). Introduced in June 1941, the aircraft continued to be used extensively inside Pacific through WWII. The F variation happen made from April 1942 onward, and showcased pylons for 150-gallon autumn tanks making it with the capacity of much longer bombing missions. Afterwards P-38Gs had better services and products and might even carry bigger 300-gallon autumn tanks.
