Precision bearings to improve Mini Lunch Box performance

If you run a Tamiya 57409 Mini Lunch Box SW-01, swapping the stock bushings for the JAZRIDER JR-CBR-TM-060 metal shielded ball bearing set brings noticeably smoother rolling and less drivetrain drag. The full 20 piece set is made to replace the factory bushes and reduce friction for cleaner operation.

What the full bearing set includes

The JAZRIDER JR-CBR-TM-060 kit is matched to the Mini Lunch Box SW-01 to make fitment simple. Inside the pack you will find:

  • 8 pieces of 3 x 6 x 2.5mm bearings
  • 8 pieces of 6 x 10 x 3mm bearings
  • 4 pieces of 8 x 12 x 4mm bearings

Each bearing is metal shielded to help keep dust out and extend service life when used on typical backyard tracks or light trail runs.

Simple installation and care

Replacing the bushings is a straightforward job for most hobbyists. Work in a clean area, remove the old plastic bushings carefully, and press in the new bearings. Routine cleaning and a light film of bearing oil will keep the set running smoothly and lengthen the lifespan of your moving parts.

Package arrived today a bit baters and brused but all in one piece a brilliant service will definitely use again in the future. Thanks Martin
They are designed for the Mini Lunch Box SW-01 sizing. Some parts may interchange with other small Tamiya kits but check shaft and housing dimensions before fitting.
A light, RC-specific bearing oil or light synthetic oil is recommended to reduce friction without attracting excess dirt. Use sparingly for best results.
Moderate. Basic tools and patience are needed but most enthusiasts can complete the swap at home in under an hour.
