The Tamiya 54276 Aluminum Motor Plate offers a straightforward way to reduce mass on the TRF201 chassis. Machined from 7075 aluminum, it lowers overall weight while keeping the strength required for aggressive off-road use.

Design that sharpens handling

This plate shaves approximately 2.5g versus a stock plate, coming in at about 17.3g. The reduced mass and lower mounting profile help drop the centre of gravity for crisper cornering and steadier landings.

Sturdy build and improved dust sealing

The motor mount area measures 3.2mm thick to withstand hard impacts and frequent jumps. A raised outer face improves alignment with the motor cover and helps keep dust and grit out of the motor bay.
