Yes. The set is engineered to install on TA04 Pro and TA04 chassis using the stock mounting points and requires no chassis modification.

How does this change handling on different surfaces?

You will notice crisper steering on paved and carpet surfaces thanks to reduced flex in the steering arms, though final handling still depends on tyres, toe and servo setup.

Are the bearings user serviceable?

The steering arms come with ball bearings pre-installed. They can be cleaned or replaced if worn using basic hobby tools and replacement bearings of the same size.
