Can I use these on other Tamiya models?

They are made for the F103 layout but will work on other models that accept 40mm tie rods and the same ball end geometry. Check measurements before fitting.

What tools do I need to adjust them?

A small spanner or pliers and a body reamer or pick to seat the ball ends are usually enough; no special tools required.
