Reinforced design for tighter cornering

The TRF Super Short Big Bore Dampers build on the earlier TRF Big Bore Damper Super Short design and add reinforced V parts for greater strength. At 6.5mm shorter than TRF Special Dampers, they deliver a quicker, more precise response for technical layouts. A wider bore interior helps maintain cornering velocity and balance.

Tuneable piston and spring choices

This set ships with blank pistons plus 4-hole pistons so you can tailor damping to surface and driving style. The included black super soft springs provide smooth absorption and consistent control during aggressive braking and cornering.

Durable finishes and components

Constructed from premium materials, the dampers use HL (HIGH LUBRICATION) coating cylinders, silicone O-rings and POM resin pistons to ensure slick operation. Aluminum spring retainers and titanium-coated piston rods improve longevity, while the anodized blue aluminum parts resist wear.

Upgraded fit and compatibility

The dampers now use 5.8mm ball ends rather than the older 5mm spec, improving strength at the linkage. They fit touring cars set up for Super Short Big Bore Dampers and require compatible damper stays and Item 42344 for installation.
