The Tamiya 42198 - TRF Buggy High Lubrication Aeration Damper Set is a clear step up from the earlier 54028 release. The HL cylinders increase internal lubrication for a smoother, more progressive shock stroke that improves chassis stability on rough surfaces.

Component quality and construction

The kit supplies high lubrication cylinders for both front and rear together with titanium-coated piston rods to reduce internal friction and extend component life. Also included are spring adjusters, coil springs for both ends, V and X parts, plus piston rod guides for a complete replacement or upgrade.
