The Tamiya 35382 1/35 German Infantry Set gives model builders precise, historically true figures to populate dioramas and display bases. The set focuses on the later phase of World War II when uniform and equipment shifts are essential to authentic scenes.
Late-WWII German uniforms moved toward simpler, more practical designs like the M43 uniform and changed footwear from leather jackboots to ankle boots with gaiters. This kit reflects those updates, letting modellers recreate the look of frontline infantry accurately.
The kit includes five figures posed for varied battlefield action: an NCO directing troops, a lookout rifleman, a sapper with an anti-tank mine, a grenadier with MP44 and Panzerfaust, and a poncho-clad soldier preparing a Mauser G43. Newly molded weapons and accessories increase the set's realism.
Parts are arranged for straightforward assembly and the kit includes decal sheets for accurate insignia. Model builders can combine these figures with other Tamiya kits, for example the Tamiya 35381 1/35 German Panzer IV/70(A), to build cohesive late-WWII scenes.
