Scale ammunition set to upgrade your Marder III M build

This Tamiya 1/35 German Marder III M Brass 7.5cm Projectiles accessory gives modellers a compact way to add authentic ammunition detail to dioramas and display models. The brass components are aimed at hobbyists who want historically faithful shell racks and battlefield effects.

Why the Marder III mattered in 1941

The Marder III was developed after German forces met heavily armoured Soviet tanks like the T34 and KV during the 1941 campaign. Early mounts carried a 37mm gun which proved inadequate, so crews upgraded to the 75mm Pak40/L46 mounted on the Czechoslovakian 38t chassis. The Marder III M variant appeared in large numbers and filled an important anti-tank role until more advanced tank destroyers like the Jagdpanzer 38t Hetzer arrived.

Round types included and display uses

The set contains both Pzgr.40 armour piercing and Gr.38 Hl/B high explosive rounds. With 22 pieces in total, including partially cut rounds, intact rounds and empty casings, you can convincingly populate ammo racks, prepare open engine bays or stage damaged ordnance on dioramas.

Yes, the partially cut rounds are ideal for showing internal detail on display bases or inside open ammunition crates, adding technical interest to a build.
