The 2005 Super GT year saw the Raybrig Honda NSX return to prominence, with drivers S. Philipe and J. Dufour securing a memorable win at Twin Ring Motegi. This Tamiya kit reproduces that moment in accurate scale, giving model builders a close study of the car's race form and visual character.
Tamiya's 1/24 rendition emphasises fine detail, replicating the NA-engine NSX features such as the distinctive intake-less rear fenders. Clear plastic covers for headlights and tail lights preserve the authentic look, while the interior includes a complete roll cage to reflect the car's competition setup.
The Raybrig NSX model balances presentation with build quality: metal transfers are used for mirrors and Honda badges, Cartograf markings come pre-applied for neat graphics, and the die-cast under-panel adds realistic heft. A display base and nameplate are supplied for a finished showcase piece.
