The Tamiya 18051 Egress Jr. model kit brings a striking silver body to the Mini 4WD lineup and pairs it with the compact VS chassis. Its aggressive styling and slim profile make it suitable for display or track runs, while the design leaves room for tuning and component upgrades to suit different racing setups.
The VS chassis is prized for its light weight and low centre of gravity, improving cornering and straight-line speed on typical club circuits. Aerodynamic shaping of the Egress Jr. body helps reduce drag while keeping a bold look. Note that the kit requires two R6/AA/UM3 batteries, which are not supplied.
Out of the box the Egress Jr. is ready to run but also works as a solid platform for upgrades like higher torque motors, wheel and tyre swaps, and body trimming to tweak handling. The silver finish is an easy base for custom paint or decals if you want a unique display piece.
