Tamiya 15132 Special Ratio Gearing for Mini 4WD Performance

The Tamiya 15132 Special Ratio Gearing is a practical upgrade for Mini 4WD hobbyists who want higher top-end velocity. Optimised for Type 5, Zero and Super 1 chassis, the kit uses a 3:5:1 gear ratio to raise straight-line speed, especially on cars fitted with small diameter tires like Fully Cowled Mini 4WD models.

Once part of Tamiya's Grade Up Option Parts line, these gears have been reissued to satisfy racers and tuners. The set provides tuning options that let you move toward a 3.5:1 ratio from the usual 4:1 depending on track layout and race setup, and it also works with Super FM and Super TZ chassis for flexible use.
